Jia Lei Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Shenyang Conservatory of Music and a Master’s degree from Berklee College of Music, Jia Lei is a member of US National Music Education Center and US National Association for Music and Performing Arts and a holder of the Chinese Teacher Certification for Higher Education and the teacher certification issued by US National Music Education Center. As a lecturer at Beijing Conservatory of Modern Music and a young backbone teacher at Tianjin Institute of Communication, he worked as a vocal mentor in entertainment companies like QIN's Entertainment and YUE HUA Entertainment and provided vocal trainings to ONER, a Chinese boy idol group, BC221, an idol incubation program and cyber influencers like Mai Xiaodu and Wang Shengfeng. In 2017, he published several essays on academic magazines, including The Style and Characteristics of Pop Singing on Beijing Education and The Relationship between Black Voice and Sound Mixing on School Education Research, a Chinese national academic magazine. The latter won the second prize in 2017 Chinese Dream China National Education and Teaching Paper Contest. Besides, he also took the position as a judge for the Fujian semi-final of Sing China, a music talent show.
