Trust and safety commitments
Mentor vetting
Before a mentor can publish, five platform-reviewed checks cover identity, background, education, banking and a teaching demo. Platform approval is not a claim that an external screening provider inspected the documents.
Payment escrow
The booking policy holds captured payment until lesson completion is confirmed, with an open dispute able to pause release. Live card capture and the payment provider are not yet connected on this site; no checkout payment is currently being held here.
24h cancellation
Cancel more than 24 hours before a lesson for a full refund. Within 24 hours the session is charged; its amount becomes a 30-day make-up credit with the same mentor, not a cash refund.
Disputes within 24h
A dispute can be opened from an order and pauses release while it is reviewed. The published 24-hour commitment is for a first response, not a guaranteed outcome or resolution within 24 hours.
Privacy by default
We do not sell personal data. Students choose who can see their portfolio work; replay media delivery is not yet connected, so recordings are not promised as available here.
Content standards
Inappropriate content, harassment and unsafe conduct can be reported for review. Account restrictions follow a decision, not an automatic suspension on every report.
SafeSpace reporting
Students and mentors can report conduct through signed-in product flows or email the trust contact below. These flows do not promise anonymous submission or an automatic outcome.
Compliance
Our privacy policy describes GDPR and CCPA data-request rights and additional protections for students under 18. It is not a claim of independent certification or a completed guardian-consent integration.
