Cancellation and refunds

Under the cancellation policy, cancelling a funded lesson more than 24 hours ahead qualifies for a full refund with no fee. Live card capture and cash-refund delivery are not connected here today, so no refund is being sent from this checkout.

Inside 24 hours, the policy calls for a 30-day make-up credit with the same mentor on a funded lesson, rather than cash. Card capture is unavailable and the credit path needs correction; no usable or correctly expiring credit is promised here today.

If the mentor cancels, a funded lesson qualifies for a full refund regardless of timing under policy. Cash refunds cannot be sent from this checkout today.

For a funded lesson cancelled late, the policy would issue a make-up credit for the charged amount with the same mentor. Live card capture is unavailable and credit redemption needs correction; no credit is promised as issued or spendable on a new booking here today.

The policy sets a 30-day make-up credit window. Expiry handling needs correction, and reminder delivery is not connected: no valid expiry date or week/day-before notice can be promised today.

Under the refund policy, a funded lesson could qualify on three grounds:

• The mentor missed the session
• A technical failure on our side prevented it
• A quality issue upheld after review by our team

A dispute can be opened from an order. The published 24-hour first-response target is not a guarantee of resolution or a sent refund. Captured payment would remain held while reviewed under policy; live card capture and cash-refund delivery are not connected today.
